Click & Collect

If you would like to collect your order from our store, simply select 'Pick Up' at checkout.

You'll receive an email once your order is ready for collection from 59 Stirling Street, Bunbury. If you can't see the email, please check your junk/spam in case it has been filtered there. The person collecting will need to present proof of purchase to collect your goods. Orders are usually ready in 1-3 days unless stated otherwise.

We kindly ask that all click and collect orders are picked up within 5 days of being ready due to limited storage facilities.

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery for furniture items. Local delivery includes Bunbury and surrounds. Please contact us to arrange a delivery time - megs@studiomilton.com.au

Shipping Australia Wide

The Red Mill Store offers standard domestic postage based on Australia Post cubic shipping rates, posted from a regional area

All in stock orders are dispatched in 1-5 business days unless stated otherwise. You will receive an email once shipped so you can track your order.

Freight is calculated at checkout based on the dimensions, weight, and delivery location.

Some items are too bulky and heavy to post. Please get in contact if you would like a custom courier quote.

Returns & Exchanges

Being a handmade store, we don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind. We hope that you love your new purchase, however our refund policy is stated below, if needed.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by email at megs@studiomilton.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order. We assess returns on a case-by-case basis.

The utmost care is taken by Megs to package your online order. The condition of all order items are individually checked and packed with protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Unfortunately, The Red Mill Store cannot take responsibility for damage incurred during transit, please enquire directly with Australia Post

Approved returns will need to be in brand new, unused condition and returned within 14 days of the purchase date for assessment. You will then be provided with a store credit. Custom Orders are non-refundable. All jewellery items are non-refundable or exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

Please Note- we do not refund the original delivery/postage amount, or the cost to return your product to us. Please ensure when posting returned items that your item is registered trackable. We don't accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in transit.
